Why We Develop Our Own Software

Less than 5% of tuning shops in Russia develop their own software. Most companies, including well-known names in the industry, buy ready-made firmware from large European suppliers. This happens for three reasons:

Knowledge and experience

Few specialists have the necessary knowledge for independent software development and optimal engine tuning, especially considering modern environmental requirements.

Equipment

Significantly more is required for development than just a dynamometer stand: diagnostic equipment, gas analyzers, thermal management, CAN analyzers, microprocessor debuggers.

Economy

Today, price plays the main role. Tuners are increasingly choosing to purchase ready-made programs for resale,  this saves time and money, as there is no need to invest in their own development.

Our approach

We are convinced that nothing compares to fresh vegetables from our own garden — grown, tested, 100% fresh, and chemical-free. That is why we are developing and testing our own software.

This means that we are constantly looking for the latest cars for testing and rely on our customers and their recommendations.

Dino-testing

Measurement of power and torque under real conditions. Complete analysis of engine characteristics before and after program changes.

Logging of parameters

Data collection on engine operation in real time: temperature, pressure, fuel mixture composition, boost parameters.

Research of the ECU

Deep analysis of Simos, MED, DQ electronic control units. Study of firmware, calibrations, and data exchange protocols.

Testing

Comprehensive testing of the developed software on demonstration vehicles. Test drives, exhaust measurements, long-term monitoring.

What will happen to my car?

Sometimes we only need the original power measurement on the dynamometer stand - it takes about 20 minutes, completely free of charge, and you receive the results in hand. In other cases, we need exhaust gas tests before/after reprogramming - this can take a full day, and then we provide a significant discount on chip tuning.

Are experiments being conducted on my car?

No, certainly not. We do not experiment on customers' cars – for that, we have demonstration cars from partner dealers. The tests we conduct with your car are fine-tuning and diagnostics. This process may take time, so we ask to provide the car for 1 or more days.
