2.0 TSI GEN4: Start-Stop settings via ECU

All 2.0tsi GEN4 SImos19 models - added option selection for Start-Stop, now you can choose the full shutdown option or the memory option, the system will remember the last position even after a restart or sleep. All settings are made through the engine control unit without additional devices and wires.
