Hello everyone!
Earlier, we have shared the results on Audi A4/5 in B9 bodies on various hybrid turbines multiple times, but today we will talk about very interesting solutions applied specifically to the Audi A5 B9 2020 with a 2.0 gen3 engine with an ET450 turbo!
So, in order:
Background — The car has been operated for several years on stage 3 from etuners with an is38 turbo and provided optimal power for the car on full "iron" (we mean — cooling/intake/exhaust, etc.), but due to software limitations of the DL382 transmission (since 2019, DL 382 has not been subject to chip tuning yet), there is no way to significantly increase the power.
But what to do in such a case? The solution was as follows:
1. We install the ET450 turbo — The turbocharger has a complete factory production cycle on Garrett components, and the index 450 corresponds to the power that can be obtained from it. A distinctive feature is that the claimed power is achieved on a moderate set of hardware. Without special types of fuel and other additions, as well as on average boost values. And we also provide a warranty for it, details from our representatives.
2. We change the mechatronics of the transmission from a car produced before 2019 with the possibility of chip tuning (the mechatronics is replaced with gen1 with the possibility of flashing, the standard clutch works in pair with the DL382 at Stage 3 level, complete absence of any glitches and bugs!

We get:
Etuners ECU remap Stage 3 + TCU remap Etuners Stage 3
— Engine 2.0 Gen3
— ET450 Turbo
— Increased intercooler
— Cold intake
— Full exhaust system with a 76mm downpipe
— Mechatronics with the possibility of flashing
The car received an individual Etuners ECU Stage 3 + TCU DSG Stage 3 tuning on the dynamometer.
249hp -> 463hp (+214hp)
370nm -> 557nm (+187nm)
