🔧 Audi Q8 3.0 TDI (MD1CS014) – technical optimization Etuners 🔧

The controller MD1CS014 became available for calibration only in February, and we have already implemented its adaptation for Stage 1.

🔍 Changes made:

✅ ECU Stage 1 – optimized maps for injection, boost, and torque:

🔹 Power: 286HP → 350HP

🔹 Torque: 600Nm → 750Nm

🔹 Improved fuel efficiency in operating modes

✅ TCU Stage 1 (AL552 ZF8HP) – calibration of the transmission control unit:

🔹 Optimized pressure in the clutch pack 🔹 Increased shift speed 🔹 Reduced delays during kickdown

✅ Additional improvements:

🔹 EGR Off – disabling the exhaust gas recirculation system, reducing intake tract pollution 🔹 AdBlue Off – disabling the urea injection system, eliminating potential errors and failures 🔹 Start-Stop Invert – changing the logic of the system, disabled by default

📊 Results after calibration:

✔️ Increased torque reserve throughout the RPM range ✔️ Improved acceleration dynamics without resource loss ✔️ Optimized operation of the automatic transmission for comfortable and fast shifting
