Hello friends!
We have repeatedly talked about our projects based on the 2.0tsi engine operating on the Miller cycle, which are installed in most modern cars of the VAG group. In the feed, you could see all stages of modifications Stage 1, 2, and 3. The most powerful projects even appeared with some auto bloggers on YouTube.
Today we will talk about the Skoda Kodiaq with a 2.0tsi 180hp engine working in conjunction with a DSG DQ500 with an all-wheel-drive system. The owner asked us to help make his city crossover a little faster than the base Stage 1 (for 98 octane gasoline) that was already on this car. Said — done! Now more specifically:

Turbocharger — is38 Hybrid turbo of our production
Intake — charge pipe + stock air filter in the factory box
Cooling — Black Rock intercooler
Exhaust system — "Custom" solution for the entire route with a downpipe without a catalyst
Fuel system — Stock
Assembly was carried out at the WSMT service
+ Individual software solution tested on our dynamometer
ECU Etuners Stage 3 + DSG Etuners Stage 3

Result:
180hp -> 420hp
320nm -> 520nm

We answer popular questions in advance:
What is the dynamics of the car?
The car has not yet been measured in the 0-100, 100-200 disciplines. The weather does not allow. Measurements will be later.

What is the resource of such an engine?
It all depends only on you; with timely maintenance of the car, the resource remains at the level provided by the manufacturer. Proper operation, quality consumables, and good fuel are the key to the long life of any engine.
And most importantly — Yes, this is the most powerful Stage 3 based on such an engine! It's not just like that; our company Etuners is continuously developing and refining software in its own centers around the world!
