1. Payment methods

1.1. To choose payment for the order using a bank card on our website, you need to click the Order Payment button or follow the link provided by the Contractor to the payment page.

1.2. Payment for services by non-cash means is carried out using the following payment methods:
• bank cards of payment systems Visa, MasterCard, MIR;
• Fast Payment System (FPS);
• via the payment link of internet acquiring
• other payment methods specified on the website at the time of placing the order.

1.3. Payment is made through a secure payment gateway of the partner bank. The Contractor does not store or process bank card data.

2. Procedure for conducting the payment procedure:

2.1. Redirecting to the payment gateway. After confirming the formed order in the "Cart" and selecting the payment method "Bank Card", you will be automatically redirected to the secure payment page of the partner bank's authorization server.

2.2. Entering card details. On the payment page, you need to enter your bank card details in the corresponding fields: - Card number (16 digits on the front side); - Card expiration date (month and year); - Cardholder's first and last name (in Latin letters, as indicated on the card); - CVV2 / CVC2 code (three digits located on the back of the card on the signature strip).

2.3. Confirming the transaction (3D-Secure). If the issuing bank of your card supports secure online payment technology (Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode or MirAccept), a one-time password will be required to confirm the transaction. The password is sent by the issuing bank in an SMS message to the mobile phone number linked to the card, or through a push notification in the bank's mobile application.

2.4. Completing the payment. After successful authentication, the system will notify you of the results of the authorization. In case of a positive response from the bank, you will be returned to our website page to receive confirmation of the order being processed. The payment obligation is considered fulfilled from the moment the funds are credited to the Contractor's settlement account.

3. Order cancellation and refund are carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the corresponding Sales and Refund Policy, which is an integral part of the Public Offer

4. Payment security

4.1. This website supports 256-bit encryption. The connection to the payment gateway and the transmission of information is carried out in a secure mode using the SSL encryption protocol. The entered information will not be provided to third parties except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Payments by bank cards are carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of the payment systems MIR, Visa Int., MasterCard Europe Sprl.

4.2. The service of online payment is carried out in accordance with the Rules of the payment systems Visa, MasterCard and the MIR Payment System based on the principles of confidentiality and security of the payment, for which the most modern methods of verification, encryption, and data transmission over closed communication channels are used.

4.3. The transmission of bank card information is carried out in strictly encrypted form using the TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocol, which excludes the possibility of data interception by third parties.

4.4. The processing of confidential information of the cardholder (card details, registration data) is carried out at the processing center of the partner bank. The information security of payments complies with the international PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). Our website does not collect, store, or process your bank card data.
